Bears Track Club helps middle and high school athletes improve their endurance and prepare for the upcoming track season. Our Summer 2025 Program provides expert coaching, tailored training, and a supportive team environment.

Our Off-Season Programs

  • Join Bears Track Club’s Summer XC Program for middle and high school athletes dedicated to improving endurance, strength, and overall performance. Our program runs from June 9th, 2024, to August 9th, 2025, with training sessions held three times a week: Monday, Thursday, and Saturday at various locations in Monument, CO.

    Practice Times:

    Monday/Thursday/Saturday (additional day added in July to be announced later) @ Various Locations in Monument.

    8:00 am - 9:30 am

    Summer Training Calendar will be posted in Mid-May.

    Cost: $220 per athlete (Sibling discounts available). Scholarships are offered to ensure everyone has access to high-quality coaching.

    • Structured long runs, interval workouts, and strength training sessions.

    • Opportunities to prepare for and participate in summer races to prep for fall XC.
